Voice

Calls your team shouldn't be making by hand.

Payment reminders, service-due calls and lead callbacks, made by an AI agent — to customers who have agreed to hear from you.

What it does

What AI calling does in an operation.

Collections reminders

A polite call before the due date and a firm one after, logged against the account.

Service-due calls

Book the slot on the call; write it to the system.

Lead callbacks

A website enquiry called back within a minute, qualified, and handed to a person.

Hindi, English, Hinglish

Language switches mid-call to match the caller.

Three calls worth automating.

Collections — the reminder before it becomes a problem.

Three days before an instalment is due, a call: the amount, the date, a yes-or-no on whether it's arranged. Three days after, if it's unpaid, a firmer one. Each call is logged against the account with what was said, so the collections team starts the morning knowing who to chase and who has promised.

Service and maintenance — booking on the call.

A vehicle is due for service. The call offers two slots, takes the answer, and writes it to the schedule. The workshop sees a booked slot; the customer gets a WhatsApp confirmation. No back-and-forth, no missed service because nobody called.

Leads — called back inside a minute.

A form comes in from your website at 11pm. The agent calls back within sixty seconds, confirms what the caller needs, asks the three questions that decide whether it's a real enquiry, and books a slot with a person for the morning. The lead that would have gone cold overnight is on the calendar.

How it works under the hood.

A call runs on four parts: speech recognition that hears the caller, an AI model that decides what to say, voice synthesis that says it, and telephony that carries it over an Indian number. The agent reads from your operations system — the account, the vehicle, the schedule — and writes back to it. It speaks Hindi, English and Hinglish and switches mid-call. Anything it can't handle, it transfers to a person with a transcript. Every call is recorded and logged.

The rules, and the bill

Compliance first, then cost.

Automated calls in India fall under TRAI's telemarketing regulations: consented and transactional calls are permitted; unsolicited promotional calls are not, and we won't build them. Voice runs on per-minute pricing — speech recognition, the AI model, voice synthesis and telephony — and the effective cost in production is usually two to three times any headline rate. We quote the real per-minute figure at your volume, in writing.

FAQ

Consented, transactional calls — reminders, confirmations, callbacks to people who contacted you — are permitted under TRAI's rules. Unsolicited promotional calls are not, and we won't build them. We set up the consent and registration steps as part of the build.

Voice is priced per minute across the four parts above, and the effective figure in production is usually two to three times any headline rate. We quote the real per-minute cost at your volume, in writing, before anything is built.

The agent says what it is, keeps calls short and factual, and transfers to a person the moment the caller asks for one. Most reminder calls last under a minute.
