Based in Mumbai. Working across India. Solvern exists because we needed software that didn't exist — so we built it, ran a company on it, and then made building it for others the whole job.
The name
Solve. Then govern.
Solvern comes from those two words, and they're the whole method. First we solve the operational problem — the manual quote, the missing contract, the payment nobody tracked. Then the system governs the chaos: every action logged, every reminder chased, every number visible before it's approved.
The story
One person. Start to finish.
Solvern isn't a story we read in a case study. The platform behind it was built in-house, by the people running a 500-vehicle Mumbai leasing operation — not by an outside vendor working from a requirements document.
Before that system existed, the business ran on paper files, email and WhatsApp. Quotes were made by hand. Payments lived in someone's memory. When something went wrong, nobody could say whose mistake it was. Most software fails not because it's badly built, but because it's built by people who never had to run the operation.
That's why Solvern takes one project at a time, and why the person who sits in your discovery call is the same person who stays with the build through to handover. No account manager in between, no handoff to a team you've never met.
