The part most people won't tell you
AI automation has a monthly bill.
Software you own runs at the cost of hosting. AI automation doesn't work that way. Anything using an AI model charges per use, every month, forever — and that cost sits with you, not with us. We don't mark it up and we don't hide it.
So before building anything, we work out what it would actually cost to run at your volume, and compare that against what the step costs you today. Sometimes automation is clearly worth it. Sometimes the honest answer is that the current way is cheaper, and we'll say so. Sometimes plain software with no AI in it does the job for nothing per month — and that's usually the better answer when it fits.
You get that comparison in writing during discovery, before you commit to anything.
What we work out with you
